Could Improve

–Dirty or outdated bathrooms in some units
–Very weak water pressure in showers
–Reception unattended at times / unfriendly staff reported
–Breakfast delivery problems and inconsistent service

Cleanliness6.5

Multiple reviews mention dirty or old bathrooms, poor cleaning (filthy bathroom given, infrequent towel changes, cleaning described as 'bristfällig'), though some rooms are noted as very clean. Overall cleanliness is below average.

Service8.8

Service is mixed: a few reports of unfriendly staff and unattended reception, but several guests praise helpful and friendly owners/staff who assisted with taxis and excursions. Overall service leans positive despite some lapses.

Location9.6

Consistently praised: steps from the beach, close to restaurants, shops and takeaways; ideal placement for visiting Beau Vallon and nearby amenities. Location is a major strength.

Room Quality6.8

Room quality varies: some guests had small or poorly presented apartments and old bathrooms, low water pressure in showers and simple kitchens; others found rooms spacious and clean. Overall room quality is somewhat below expectation.

Amenities8.5

Basic but useful amenities noted (kitchenware, TV, possibility to rent a car at the accommodation, veranda/terrace). Amenities are adequate for this property tier.

Value for Money8.2

Standard quality for this hotel tier.

Food and Beverage7.6

Breakfast described as 'normal' by some, but there was at least one report of delivery/ordering problems and limited breakfast service procedures; overall slightly below fully satisfactory.

Amazing STA

Liked:The fact that it was very close to the diving center where I was attending courses! Easy for the rest to spend a relaxing day at Beau Vallon or around

Disliked:One night where neighbours with children were Making lots of noise at late hours. Walls were not very sound proof.

Liked:Possibility to rent a car at the accomodation

Disliked:Bathroom and kitchen were very simple and didn't look as nice as at the pictures. Shower lacked water pressure. Location is close to the beach although we didn't like beau vallon much compared to the other places we been in Seychelles ( beach is not that nice, a lot of people and big hotels)
