Excellent

1,560 reviews

Highlights

+Excellent location and views
+Very friendly and helpful staff
+Generally clean rooms
+Good breakfast selection (for many guests)
+Guests report enjoying stay and would recommend/return

Could Improve

–Amenities limited: small spa, pool issues (over-chlorinated), no jacuzzi for some
–Rooms noted as tired or in need of refurbishment; some small rooms
–Occasional housekeeping lapses (not cleaned daily or late service)
–Dining area crowded at peak times
–Missing or incomplete room items on arrival (mini-bar empty, missing linens/towels)

Cleanliness8.1

Many guests explicitly praised cleanliness and called the hotel 'spotlessly clean', but there are repeated reports of missed daily housekeeping and an over-chlorinated pool on some days, so cleanliness is generally good but with occasional lapses.

Service9.9

Staff/service is repeatedly praised across reviews ('could not do enough', 'very friendly', 'מעולה', 'אדיבים מאוד'); only isolated mentions of not answering calls. Overall service is excellent, justifying a high score.

Location10.0

Location repeatedly described as excellent/very well located/near everything and guests mention great views; location is a consistent strong positive in the reviews.

Room Quality7.6

Mixed feedback: some guests found rooms spacious and comfortable, but multiple comments mention small or tired rooms, old furniture, missing items on arrival (towels, bedding, mini-bar empty) and need for refurbishment.

Amenities6.8

Amenities are a weaker area: limited spa facilities, pool issues (over-chlorinated some days), lack of an open pool/jacuzzi for some guests, and generally described as sparse or needing upgrade.

Value for Money8.6

Standard quality for this hotel tier

Food and Beverage8.0

Breakfast receives mixed mentions — several guests praise a large, tasty breakfast and VIP coffee options, while others find the breakfast sparse or the dining area overcrowded; overall slightly above average.

Overall Experience9.8

Overall sentiment is positive: many guests would return/recommend, enjoyed the location, staff and breakfast, though a number of operational/room issues temper the experience; net impression is very favorable.

Liked:The staff was really nice and helpful. The kids loved the little corner in the entrance of the dinning room during breakfast. The location is great.

Disliked:The building is a bit old and needs renovation. The aren't any activities in the hotel. The hotel is good but overpriced. Didn't get the reason why it's more expansive than most hotels around it.

Disliked:The price is not justified..there were quite a few problems that you wouldn't expect from a hotel of this level
