Liked:Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to file a complaint regarding a recent stay I booked through your platform. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below acceptable standards, and I would like this formally noted and addressed. The issues we encountered during our stay were as follows: 1. Weak/unreliable internet connection throughout the stay 2. A significant mosquito problem in the room 3. The balcony door was extremely difficult to open, making it a safety and convenience concern 4. We were not provided with comforters/blankets, and had to use bedsheets to keep warm at night These issues significantly affected the comfort and quality of our stay, and we feel the property did not meet the standard advertised on your platform. Given the extent of these problems, I would like to request a partial or full refund for this stay. Liked:Clean, very comfy beds, cozy, Nice view.

Disliked:Near the road, so some traffic noise comes in but it’s manageable as room has some some sound proofing. But getting in and out of a city is a bit tiresome.

Modern, spotless hotel with an amazing sea view

Liked:We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything felt new, clean, and well maintained. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the location is excellent if you want to be close to the beach. We would happily stay here again.

Disliked:The room faces a busy road, so it can be quite noisy, especially for light sleepers.

Liked:I really enjoyed my stay overall. The hotel has a great location, and my room had a beautiful sea view. I also appreciated that bathrobes and slippers were provided. The backyard is lovely, with a cozy terrace, sun loungers, and a swimming pool—perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

Disliked:The only downside was the lack of food options in the evening. I arrived late at night during heavy rain, expecting to be able to order room service or at least buy some snacks at the hotel, but no food was available. Unfortunately, food delivery services also do not deliver to the hotel's location, which made the situation even more inconvenient.
