Liked:We have frequented Astons countless times, and today We decided to write this review for several reasons. Great Hotel Overall Location: Very convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. Rooms: Spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast: Good, with a nice variety of choices. The jamu is a definite plus point. Facilities: Nothing much to complain about, although the lift lobby can be slow during peak hours. This time, we decided to try the Aston Spa at Level 10, as most of us were exhausted from walking and shopping. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a very poor experience and is something that could seriously tarnish the Aston brand. A few of us took turns trying the spa, and every one of us was disappointed. The “massage” felt more like light tingling and was not a proper massage at all. Oil was applied, but there were no real massage strokes or techniques, giving the impression that the therapist lacked experience. The therapist kept talking and repeatedly pushed add-on services during the session, which was very irritating and unprofessional. The worst part was being asked for a tip at the end (Rp100,000), Tipping itself is not an issue, but being asked especially after such poor service left a very bad impression. ( therapist was an abit older among the rest with shoulder-length hair). We gave the tip to few of them to avoid spoiling our holiday. Overall, Aston remains an excellent hotel that we truly enjoy staying at. However, the spa experience urgently needs improvement, as it does not reflect the quality and standards we associate with Aston.

Liked:My first time staying at Aston Hotel and residence.And i,m really surprised with the staff Sefi,she really did a good service.And i did extend my room for another day!Staff Sefi friendly,professional and she knows how to attract us as a tourist..Well done Sefi.Defenitely will be back again!!Overall we did enjoy our stay.
