Mixed comments: one reviewer notes 'Très propre, soigné' but others report water seeping at floor seams, wet/very humid room and neighborhood trash near the entrance — overall slightly negative.

Service1.0

Strongly positive: multiple mentions of 'Excellent Accueil', 'Accueil très chaleureux de Frédérique' and recommendations for the host; service/host warmth stands out in several reviews.

Location1.0

Mixed to negative: one reviewer cites 'Location' as a pro, but several reports say the place is very difficult to find (no visible house number, driver had to call) and trash bins gathered at the property entrance — slight negative impact.

Room Quality1.0

Negative: multiple complaints about very small rooms, limited space for luggage and cameras, difficulty accessing outlets, plus reports of floor leaks and high humidity — room size and condition are problematic.

Amenities1.0

Moderately positive: autonomy for access (self-entry) and pleasant decoration cited; some guests enjoyed calm, well-appointed rooms and meals, though amenities perception varies between reviews.

A wet indoor experience.

Liked:It was sweetly decorated.

Disliked:There was no way to find the address, in the dark, couldn’t find the house number, the uber driver had to call. The floor boards had water leaking up from the ground at the seams, the floor was wet at these places and the room was very humid.

Disliked:Very little space. We had 2 suitcases and 2 camera bags, had to keep moving things around. Had to move things around to get to outlets. Little space to get out of bed

The best host and a wonderful stay

Liked:We had a wonderful time. We opted for half board and enjoyed some great home cooked meals. We were treated like royalty and on our second night Fred even bought in some special regional treats and cooked our favourite French meal for us. We can honestly say we received the best hospitality we have ever had. 5 star! Very special memories.

Disliked:Nothing!
