Nice hotel with helpful staff.

Liked:The hotel was easy to get to from the airport. Check in was easy and the staff were helpful. Our room was comfy and quiet, although we upgraded to the superior room to get air conditioning! Don’t take the free drinks deal instead of having your room cleaned!

Disliked:Long walk to the centre as road works were preventing trams stopping close to the hotel. Nice picture of Basel in our room was spoiled by placing the tv in the middle of it! Surely it could have been put above!

Liked:clean, has decent gym (but a bit warm there), ac works ok, location near bus stop 30. comfortable bed and pillows.

Disliked:no fridge in twin room, slight lack of storage.
