Liked:Very clean. The food was good. The lighting of the room was good as well. Free mini bar. Check-in was very smooth and staff let us check-in a bit earlier. The atmosphere was also incredible.

Disliked:The TV was too outdated, no cast service (just mirroring, a 10+ years technology). The shower kept flooding (was clogged when we got there). The bathroom door didn't really close completely, not very private.

Liked:The staff was super friendly and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. It was an excellent stay. The facility is very very nice. And the breakfast food was really good.

Disliked:The shuttle was quite far to go with a large bag to be picked up upon arrival. I also had to walk quite a distance when I was dropped off for departure to actually get to the ticket counter. I find it more typical that when dropped off, the shuttle puts me in front of the door of the airline you're departing with. But the shuttle drivers were very friendly.

Liked:Shuttle from/to airport. Comfortable bed

Disliked:Lack of amenities, atmosphere, working pool, lack of light or storage in the rooms. No consideration for special dietary requirements at the main menu, and a minute effort at breakfast. Small pillows,bed was good,not great.. Mini fridge empty and warm, so couldn't use it for keeping my keds inside. TV with no signal and no access to menu function or settings to lower brightness. The list goes on unfortunately... Overall opinion,a 2 star hotel in south America has performed better..
