Liked:Great location, staff, room and breakfast

Disliked:I booked this hotel on there being a pool. The day I leave iget an email saying the pool is having maintenance done and will be shut for the duration of my stay. I would of cancelled my booking if know this more in advance. When asking the manager about this they had a really don't care attitude. Such a let down and shame as the other staff and facilities were great and I would of visited here again but not now..

Great value stay with convenient location, friendly staff, and a relaxing rooftop pool

Liked:We had a great stay during our few days in Bangkok. The location was very convenient, with local 7/11 stores just a short walk away and Victory Monument station about a 10-minute walk. The hotel also provides a tuk-tuk shuttle service to the station usually on the hour, which was both fun and especially helpful in the heat. The room was clean, simple, and had everything we needed, offering great value for money. It also included useful amenities like a safe and mini fridge. The rooftop pool on the 6th floor was a lovely highlight, perfect for cooling down while enjoying views of the city. The staff were available 24 hours a day, always friendly and ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Liked:It's in a great location, staff were very friendly and helpful

Disliked:The shower in our room was little more than a dribble and couldn't maintain a good temperature, so we found it easier to shower by the swimming pool in our swim wear. The breakfast was quite limited for Europeans, but plenty of Thai options. Cold - 2 options for cereal, no yoghurts, sliced white bread only, no wholemeal or croissants or any other choice.. Hot - fried eggs that were very undercooked, other options were all Thai However,I did enjoy the pineapple and melon everyday.
