Liked:Close to the train station Phaya Thai. Spacious room. Comfy, firm beds. Great but pricey breakfast.

Disliked:Not enough lights in the room. In fact, no overhead lighting in the living area. Only one spotlight over baggage bench.

Stay was fine, service was not great as expected for a top-rated, five star hotel.

Liked:The location of the hotel is good.

Disliked:The breakfast hardly had any vegetarian options. Reception staff were generally not warm and friendly. Very few of them understood English and responded well The in-room dining as well had very few vegetarian options and the chefs taking order were not willing to customise to make it vegetarian.
