Esperienza peggiore mai fatta in un hotel 4 stelle

Liked:nulla, era tutto vecchio e decrepito il che rispecchiava la decadenza dell’hotel.

Disliked:Le stanze e i luoghi comuni erano sono molto sporchi, inoltre nelle altre parti dell’hotel c’è una puzza costante di cibo e i corridoi non erano dotati di aria condizionata che rendeva gli sbalzi termici continui. Abbiamo trovato anche scarafaggi nella stanza e quando gliel’abbiamo detto al check-out per avere un po’ di comprensione ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto chiamarli e che non era colpa loro, quando poco prima erano stati chiamati per una carta smagnetizzata e non si è presentato nessuno. il bagno si otturava facilmente, le chiavi si smagnetizzavano spesso su 4 camere che avevamo affittato, a 3 stanze (per un totale di 5 volte) le carte non funzionavano e a volte le camere non venivano nemmeno rifatte.

Liked:The location was perfect, close to everything but not in a loud area and the view of the skyline was stunning Was very very clean and the hotel provided everything we needed on arrival which was super helpful

Liked:Our experience at the hotel was perfect. A family hotel, with all the necessary structure and great cost benefit. The breakfast is very complete and satisfying. All staff very well prepared and helpful. It's close to everything, temples, busy streets... from the airport it's about 35 minutes and there's a 7 eleven on the side too, which helps a lot. Without a doubt, a great choice!!
