Liked:FYI, check out the same day ,check in, not done properly, and A.C. not cooling ,balcony door locked not working properly, no towels in room, room dirty.

Rude unpleasant manager

Liked:Most things up until day before checkout

Disliked:Manager Lang is a horrible person and does not belong in hospitality(she would be ideal as a prison guard)all staff refused to give her surname which i found odd. Lang spoke rudely to my friend and I and actually continued to shout at us even infront of other customers. They felt awkward and left. I felt like I had to defend myself and my friend because she was so rude and never experienced this in any hotel world over.
