Disliked:I suffer from claustrophobia and specifically requested a room with a balcony when I checked in. Despite being a repeat guest who has stayed at this hotel several times, my request was denied unless I paid extra. I felt this was unfair, particularly after explaining my medical condition. The lack of flexibility and understanding from the management was very disappointing
