Liked:Location, facility and staff

Disliked:It was a very good experience. However, hotel policy of holding on to 4,000 BHT as security is not justified especially when they checked and verified at the end of stay that there was no usage of mini bar or damage to the property. Still I was told that 4000 BHT will be credited back to my credit card in 7 to 14 days. These funds shouldn't have been charged in the first place and after verification at the end of stay, decision to charge them or not to charge them should have been taken.

Liked:The breakfast experience was exceptional, offering guests the flexibility to enjoy a freshly prepared à la carte selection or choose from the well-presented buffet.
