Great stay at great location

Liked:The location of Cape House was perfect! Close to shopping and BTS. Suite was exactly as pictured online. It was a great size room and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Executive level lounge had little snacks, coffee, tea, water and juice. Pool area was nice with a sauna , hot tub and gym. Good value for money.Would stay again!

Liked:The location is excellent, and the room size is good—especially the living area. The people everywhere are polite.

Disliked:Booking was very difficult; I tried three times without success. I received messages stating that the payment had gone through but there was an issue with the booking itself, and that the amount would be refunded within 24 hours. I tried again the next day and the booking succeeded, yet upon arrival, I was told I hadn't paid and needed to make the payment—even though the booking terms specified prepayment. When I complained, I was informed that they never accept upfront payments for security reasons. The kitchen is very small, the washing machine lacks a dryer, and there is nowhere to hang laundry—neither in the room nor on the balcony. There is no iron in the room, the pillows are completely uncomfortable, the mattress is mediocre and uncomfortable, and the shower area is extremely small.
