Worse experience!!!

Liked:Booked this place thru booking company for cheer meet at convention center. Went to room no phone ,tv didn’t work and a couple minutes in room my 11 year old granddaughter saw a bug. Her mom killed it and then pulled out nightstand bug was on and roaches everywhere. Granddaughter was tramitized by experience she just stood and screamed. I told her to grab her bag and cheer bag we are leaving. Roaches at door and she won’t move. Finally went to desk told man we couldn’t stay there. He said he can’t refund money because we booked thru booking company . Tried calling about ten times won’t let you but in codes or connect you . Gave up and stayed at hyett. Worse experience and yet to get money back. We were in room five minutes. . Someone needs to refund my money .

Do not stay here if you have flights because shuttle may not be there

Liked:When you book they don't tell you that the shuttle does not run on the weekends, and that maybe it won't be available till after 5am some mornings if the person isn't late. I tried calling the manager but she never answered or returned any of my calls or emails. I had to book at another hotel if I wanted to catch my 6am flight the next day. Poor management skills. COVID has decimated the working pool till you are left with the barest minimal employees. Shame on you for poor customer service skills.

Believe the reviews here - worst hotel in the area

Liked:All the reviews here are accurate. This place is a complete dump. Dirty everywhere, rundown room, scary people, terribly smelly, and the first hotel for me in years where I had to chase and kill roaches in my room. It is still under renovation, but tearing it down is the only renovation that will help. The breakfast was also bad and as described by others: your choice of cereal, bread, or a waffle. Nothing hot, no protein, not even yogurt. I booked this place because it was cheap, but never again. I moved to the Clarion right next door that was only a few dollars more, and while it looks even worse from the outside, it is much nicer on the inside. Still rather dirty and beat up, but to a much less degree and with no roaches sighted.

Beware shuttle not available

Liked:We booked here for convenience to airport, however we found out upon departure to airport the shuttle would not be available for return pick up. The shuttle driver was the one who informed use the shuttle only runs until 1000 and doesn’t resume until 1700. The manager told us it ran from 0530 to 2300. Very frustrating to then have to Uber back to hotel to retrieve car. We have to parksleep fly many times at various properties and never have we experienced a lack of zero. We will never book here again and advise other to avoid unless you want to spend more on Uber.
