Very good, could get excellent

Liked:Allamanda has both enormous advantages and noticeable drawbacks. The advantages are clear: a lot of space, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrific location (next to the Bain Boeuf beach, close enough to everything in the North, but far enough from the annoyances of Grand Baie and Peyrebere), excellent laundry machines available for free (Samsung and LG, high end). Overall, it's excellent value for money (hence the stars), but there is room for easy and game-changing improvements (just refreshing the paintings, for instance).

Disliked:Now, the drawbacks are almost as clear, and are self-evident from the moment you enter the flat: everything is old and the whole place lacks maintenance (however, note that the place is very clean).

I never stayed I paid 2 weeks and went there left the same day and ask for a refund and get my money back

Disliked:Staircase and property had very strong cigarette smell
