Liked:Fantastic location, beautiful beach and a lovely resort overall. The hotel is quite large, but it never feels crowded, which we really appreciated. We did have an issue with the breakfast and, considering the price and standard of the hotel, there is definitely some room for improvement. However, the way the staff and management handled our feedback was excellent. By the end of our stay, we genuinely felt like friends with some of the staff, which says a lot about their hospitality. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. 9/10.

The reception staff’s behavior felt antisemitic and hateful

Liked:The pool and the resturant pool and resturant dinner service was exellent

Disliked:The reception experience was horrible, and both the check-in and check-out experiences were very disappointing. When we arrived, the woman at the reception did not even greet us or say hello. She also did not return our passports until we specifically asked for them. She had simply left them underneath her paperwork, which was very concerning. When she gave us the room key, she played a loud recording on her phone of “Allahu Akbar,” an Islamic prayer. As Jewish guests, we found this inappropriate and uncomfortable, particularly given the context in which it was played. The Asian male colleague who was also present during check-in and later handled our check-out was equally unfriendly. I said hello to him several times, but he repeatedly ignored me and did not respond. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and, in my opinion, he is not suited to a customer-facing position. Overall, the reception staff were not welcoming or professional, and this significantly affected our experience at the hotel. I also find it unacceptable that the hotel does not provide even basic drinking water with dinner. Having to pay separately for every drink, including water, is disappointing and, in my opinion, inappropriate for a hotel of this standard. The room-cleaning service was also disappointing. On one occasion, we noticed that the towels we had used appeared to have simply been folded and placed back as though they were clean, rather than being replaced with fresh towels. This made us question the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the hotel.

Liked:Great location, beautiful resort. The beach is clean and quite. Room is clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable.

Disliked:No lifeguard on beach or swimming pool. No rental for water sports available. Drink in the restaurant is overpriced.

Liked:Beach clean - right there, Cote dOre beach is beautiful. Did nice runs in the mornings Ocean amazing - calm and warm Staff are excellent and friendly, a personal experience
