Liked:I like the location of the hotel since it's near places I wanted to visit. It's also a few minutes walk to SM

Disliked:The lack of mirror inside the actual room. It would be better if there's also a full length mirror outside the bathroom so I don't have to keep coming back inside the bathroom whenever I start to get ready.

Helpful staff, but a worn-out hotel with poor maintenance, bad breakfast and serious need of renovation.

Liked:The staff were accommodating, and housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room.

Disliked:The hotel is badly overdue for refurbishment. The carpet was extremely worn, flattened and stained. The window seals/gaskets were coming out of the frames, and the bathroom had a prefabricated shower pan that looked like a repair rather than a proper renovation. The room was dark and cramped. An emergency/fire door near my room repeatedly slammed shut during the night and disturbed my sleep. Breakfast was also very poor—the food was cold and the overall quality was unacceptable. The location looks convenient on a map, but Baguio’s steep terrain makes getting here with luggage from the Genesis terminal difficult, particularly in heavy rain.
