Liked:Very close to the subway, easy pick ups for taxi

Disliked:Area the hotel is located in is not great although the price reflects that. Room size was small and had an adjoining door to the next room which didn't lock, just a handle on one side but this wasn't 100%

Liked:This hotel has a lot of potential, mainly because of its excellent location. It is just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to explore Paris, and there is a shopping mall only a few steps away, which was very convenient. When we arrived, there was an issue with our original room reservation. The staff handled it professionally and kindly upgraded us to a much nicer room on the 10th floor. Although I don't remember the staff member's name, I would like to thank them for resolving the situation so efficiently. The upgraded room was comfortable, clean, and met our needs throughout our stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Allan. He was always welcoming, professional, and genuinely willing to help. His positive attitude made a real difference to our stay, and he is a great asset to the hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by repeated interactions with another staff member, Manu. Every time we encountered her, she was unfriendly and came across as rude, leaving us feeling as though we were not welcome. Hospitality is about making guests feel comfortable and valued, and sadly that was not the experience we had with her. A hotel is remembered not only for its location or facilities, but also for how it makes its guests feel. Thanks to the professionalism of the staff member who arranged our room upgrade and to Allan, we experienced the level of hospitality the hotel is capable of providing. Unfortunately, the inconsistency in customer service prevented us from having a truly enjoyable stay. I hope this feedback is taken as constructive. The hotel has many strengths, and with more consistent customer service across all staff, it has the potential to be an excellent place to stay.

lovely hotel shame about the location

Liked:This hotel is located in the heart of Bagnolet France a few km away from the heart of Paris the area the hotel is located is rough to say the least and there is no parking at the hotel so i needed to park my coach a short walk away once inside the hotel my opinion changes as the hotel itself is although basic it was lovely staff were friendly and welcoming and spoke English my room (702) was although basic was very clean and well presented with a desk and seating and a clean bathroom the only thing wrong with this hotel is the Location (rough area) and no car park
