Slightly expensive for what you get

Liked:The rooftop bar was great, really friendly staff, aesthetically it was very beautiful, the furniture was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. This is area of the hotel that we enjoyed the most The buffet breakfast was ample, it provides a small selection of hot food, eggs, sausage, bacon and cooked vegetables. A large selection of cereals and pastries and also a large selection of cold meats and fruit, with coffee and tea being available from a self service machine. The staff in the restaurant are really friendly, helpful and attentive

Disliked:One slight downside was that there was a lot of green fly's on a couple of days in the rooftop bar which left me bitten all over my body. I am allergic to insect bites so this was quite uncomfortable, Our WiFi in the room didn't work for a couple of days, which meant we couldn't use the TV or our phones. When I spoke with the hotel receptionist, I was told 'I've just started my shift and there's no maintenance at the moment, so, sorry there's nothing I can do to help' and then he put the phone down. Not a great level of service from a hotel, that charges over £200 per night!
