Disliked:Elevator service..only 1 Elevator working. Ice machine broken on my floor 4 had to go to floor 2. the entire week for ice. Air in the lobbyon level4 where they seem to have most of our reservationsfor the group was stuffy the entire week..Most hotel are. Now offering bath gel. GLAD I TOOK MY OWN. mini hand soap that they never replaced at the bathroom sink. Housekeeping service on limited days and we not friendly. Bathroom toilet fixture broken. Property was supposed to be smoke free. My room smelled of a chain smoker. No air freshener or what they offered was colored water in a spray bottle they made up. No referral from me . One and done.
