Dirty room nice night staff bad morning staff

Liked:I usually enjoy staying here, but this visit was very disappointing. The one bright spot was the wonderful employee who checked us in—a light-skinned Black woman with burgundy hair who works the night shift. She is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. She consistently provides excellent customer service and is one of the main reasons I’ve enjoyed staying here in the past.

Disliked:Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not meet expectations. I stayed for two nights, and when I arrived, the room was not properly cleaned. The shower had dirt on the floor, a used bar of soap was left on the shelf, and the glass was dirty. The toilet handle was loose and nearly falling out, and there were still items left in the drawers from a previous guest. It honestly felt like only the bed had been made and the rest of the room had been overlooked. To make matters worse, the checkout experience was unpleasant. The two women working at the front desk were busy talking amongst themselves, and even after I waited patiently for them to finish, they acted as though it was an inconvenience for me to check out. Their attitude came across as rude and unprofessional. This property has provided great stays in the past, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope management addresses the cleanliness issues and customer service concerns, because there is definitely room for improvement.
