Not a good stop

Liked:Don’t forget anything or they’ll take it and keep it. Location is good, but a bit loud from the street. TV was locked to an Amazon account so you’re limited to the apps they have installed. Shower door ends up leaking all over the bathroom floor

Kasa Austin Stay 5-star

Liked:Super clean, super well equipped, and super great stay for value. Kasa is the way to stay when traveling. I stay in Kasa’s all over the country and they are always great. This property is right downtown and the concierge front desk team are very helpful and friendly. Plus there is a great pool and fitness center.

UT graduation getaway

Liked:My girlfriend and I stayed at Kasa Lady Bird Lake over UT graduation for my brother in laws graduation. Kasa made the trip seamless for us. We were able to enjoy the comforts of our own home away from home. We really enjoyed the location which was right in the thick of it and close to the university. We will be back to stay with Kasa again in the future.

Don’t stay here!

Liked:Horrible street level room. Garbage trucks came every day at 4am. The mattress was 20 years old, I got a back ache. The shower flooded the bathroom. Lumpy old pillows. Dark, dirty and dingy. Terrible room. Only saving grace was decent location downtown. The woman at the desk was nice enough and you get ok coffee.
