Don’t trust them to have a room even with reservation

Liked:I travel on business. Had a reservation for weeks prior. Showed up and they told me they overbooked and wanted to send me to another Embassy Suites 10 minutes away. Not close to my meetings and I’d have to deal with trying to get an Uber refund from their manager. No more Hiltons for me.
