Already planning a girls trip and will be staying here for the top notch customer service and decor.

Liked:The decor was modern. The staff were all excellent and professional. The location to Franklins was exactly what I needed to surprise my husband for his birthday. I got cash out to tip AJ at the front desk for being an absolute dream to work with but could not find him at the desk on our second day.

BEAUTIFULLY WICKED ARIANA GRANDE STAY!

Liked:From the moment upon arrival greeted by the sweetest valet driver, Alexander, who was so kind and patient to greet us with the warmest smile and let’s not forget about my front desk specialists Michael, Jackson and AJ! Very helpful and accommodating in ensuring our stay was special! Last but certainly not least, my sweet baristas, Frances and the nicest, an icon honestly the most attentive person, DEVON, who continuously delivered excellence in providing quality and uplifting ambience! My coffee was always the best! Because of my interactions during my stay, this hotel is a must stay for anyone who’s looking to stay at nice hotel.
