Liked:Staff was awesome

Disliked:After check-in, we made it to the room. The fridge had been previously left open. It was frozen over. Had to call for me to replace it 20 minutes after that the toilet had leaked into the room where the wax rink and bust took 2 1/half hours to get put into a downgraded room from what we had already paid no refund was offered then the next morning we get woken up by maintenance saying we needed to change rooms for the third time due to a leak somewhere around the floor in room that we were on

Liked:everything about this hotel is a 10/10! From the hotel itself, the staff and the room was nice and friendly and quiet and just overall amazing. they offer fresh baked cookies and waters. if you need a nice getaway this is it right here.
