Liked:Racist! They saw 2 black boys and thought they were with us, and kicked us out, When it was only 3 girls in the room, saying "This is not a hotel party"

Probably will not stay here again.

Liked:We stayed here for 4 days. The hotel was nice, and the price was good. However, the staff are not friendly at all, particularly the woman who answers the phone at the front desk. Very curt and impatient. Our trip was extended, so on our check out date we called to extend our stay, and she (same woman) abruptly said that our room is booked and we could not stay. She said we needed to be out by 11am or we would be charged $10 per hour until we left. She made no attempts to apologize for not being able to accommodate us, and she made absolutely zero effort to check for other room availability. My first experience when booking the hotel was with the same woman, and she was equally as apathetic and unfriendly. Probably not the best person to be answering your phones and speaking with guests. She clearly does not like her job.
