Ok but other hotels can suit our needs better

Disliked:The policy on pets goes back and forth, sometimes they charge and then sometime they don’t charge. We have 2 low maintenance cats and to tell me you spend $80 “special cleaning” that room is false. I clean the room when I arrive and when I leave so know there isn’t any special cleaning. The staff were not friendly and will not stay at the I hotel again even though we have stayed there multiple times
