EVERYONE, ASK FOR YOUR REFUND!!

Liked:EVERYONE, ASK FOR YOUR REFUND!! We booked the w hotel for spring break because of their pool, and was told on the spot that they closed it, without any prior communication about this. The manager refused to book us at a different Marriott hotel or even give us breakfast vouchers. With a surly attitude , the manager just gave us a final offer of $100 refund in total, take it or leave it. Later when we talk to other guests at the hotel, they were equally upset about the false advertising but did not even get a refund simply because they did not ask for it. So don't let Marriott (a 30 billion dollar worth hotel chain) sweep it under the rug and get away with it. Call them for a refund, if you recently stayed there and experienced the same issue; ask them to lower the price, if you are planning to book here; share your experience and their response here and on google map if you have negotiated with them. Organize = power.

Construction creates a terrible experience.

Liked:They are doing construction but didn't bother telling me. The pipes were sending up gross dirt into the sink. The hotel restaurant and bar is more like a coffee shop. And the Internet went out.

Liked:It was right in the middle of everything we were set to do when we got there. The staff was amazing at letting a 3rd party come set the room up for my gf as a surprise. They were super sweet and friendly.

Disliked:The only downside was they were doing renovations so we didn’t get to use the wet bar lol 😂

Don’t come here unless you like being woken up by construction sounds

Liked:The renovated room was nice

Disliked:Never was told about construction when booking so there was dust everywhere in the lobby areas. VERY loud construction noise starting at 7:30-8am every single day.
