Good (short) night rest

Liked:Even though I got there fairly late and only stayed for 5 hours, it seemed like a good place to stay. Front desk man was nice by waiving parking fees which was nice!! Didn't eat breakfast but it was a nice simple room, I would stay again as I always wanted to try a Spark

New Hilton Budget Brand With Potential, But Still Has Some Growing Pains

Liked:I recently stayed at the Spark by Hilton Atlanta Airport and found it to be a property with a lot of potential, but also one that still has some areas to improve. This is one of Hilton’s newer budget-focused brands, and the concept is promising. However, travelers should keep in mind that this is still an economy-style hotel, and some of the limitations that come with that are noticeable. During my stay, the airport shuttle was not operating, and based on my experience, I would not consider this hotel one of the more reliable options if dependable airport transportation is a top priority. Travelers should confirm the current shuttle availability before booking, especially if they have an early morning flight or late arrival. The complimentary breakfast was another area where expectations should be set appropriately. There were no hot breakfast items available, so if a full breakfast with eggs or other hot options is important to you, this may not be the right fit. The property itself appeared to be more of a refurbished older hotel rather than a completely new build, and there are still some areas where additional updates and improvements would enhance the guest experience. That being said, I do think the hotel is moving in the right direction. The Spark by Hilton concept has potential, and with continued attention to service, amenities, and overall guest experience, this could become a strong option for budget-conscious travelers near Atlanta Airport. Overall, it is worth considering if you are looking for a newer Hilton-branded budget option and have modest expectations, but I would recommend comparing shuttle availability and breakfast offerings with other nearby airport hotels before booking.

Five Nights, Five-Star Staff!

Liked:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just completed a five-night stay at the Spark by Hilton near the airport (May 21–26), and I have to say - the staff at this property are absolutely exceptional. They are the reason this stay stood out, and they deserve every bit of recognition I can give them. Bennie — professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Every interaction felt personal, not transactional. Nykia — efficient, warm, and on top of everything. She made me feel like a priority from the moment I arrived. Shavon — hardworking and gracious. Even under pressure, she showed up with a smile and a great attitude. She is a true asset to this team. Dean — attentive and thorough. The kind of staff member who notices what you need before you have to ask. Loreal — bright energy, great customer service, and always willing to go the extra mile. She made the space feel welcoming every single time. Jewel — simply a gem (pun intended). Warm, professional, and the kind of hospitality professional who makes you want to come back. This team collectively upholds everything the Hilton brand stands for — and then some. If you're traveling through and need a comfortable, well-staffed stay near the airport, look no further. I will absolutely be returning, and it is entirely because of these incredible people. Thank you, Bennie, Nykia, Shavon, Dean, Loreal, and Jewel. You all made my trip.

Crooks and thieves

Liked:We did not go. We booked back in February. We planned to stay, leave our car at a fee, take their shuttle,and fly off for a vacation. I called 2 weeks before our stay to just confirm everything. I was told their parking policy had been ended. I feel they should have notified their prepaid customers. The front desk gave me no help or any suggestions of nearby parking facilities. So, I cancelled and booked elsewhere. Now I’m not getting a refund because I booked a special rate or some such. I feel that is wrong because they changed their policy. I would never have cancelled. This does not seem legal. I would suggest no one stay here.
