Liked:Room was clean and a good size. Staff were friendly. They provided a kettle (please note they don't have many so it took a couple of tries to get one), and also tea bags for the room. Convenient for the transport hub too.

Lovely hotel, problem with noisy fridge not expected for this level of hotel

Disliked:Noisy fridge meant difficult to sleep first night, they switched fridge off after that.

Nice property. But they haven’t got their service together yet

Disliked:Parking was impossible. Either $50/day for valet or $22 in adjacent garage. The hotel wouldn’t validate parking and I thought that was ridiculous. Wifi was spotty and unreliable. Service is haphazard. It took me 20 minutes and a lot of run around to order coffee from room service. When I left I asked the front desk to order me a cab to the airport, they said they don’t do that and gave me the number for a local taxi service instead. Housekeeping was indifferent about replenishing supplies. They never once replenished clean washcloths, which is essential.
