Family friendly & convenient

Liked:The room was clean and had a fresh, pleasant smell, which made for a comfortable stay right from the start. The beds were pretty comfy, even the pull-out bed was pretty nice. A special thank you to Richard, who provided outstanding customer service. He was very friendly, took the time to engage with my 5-year-old Dino (ROARING) grandson, and truly made our experience more memorable. That level of personal attention really stood out. The heated pool was a great amenity and well-maintained. The location is excellent—close to attractions and convenient for getting around. The only downside was the parking fee of $55 per day, something to plan for in your overall cost. The valet attendants were very friendly and helpful and available twenty-four hours a day. Overall, a very good stay with great service, a convenient location, and staff that go above and beyond!!!

What time does the restaurant close?

Liked:I’ve stayed at this location twice now. Our first stay was much more enjoyable than the second but both stays had one major annoyance… the restaurant. The first time we stayed, on the second night, I stopped by the bar with my teenager around 925 to grab a drink and some food. It took a few minutes to get waited on because it was pretty busy. By the time we did get asked what we wanted and said food, we were told the kitchen just closed and we couldn’t order food. We were frustrated but walked elsewhere to eat, which was also very difficult because places literally closed in our faces. That was our only major complaint the first stay other than parking is valet only, as is most hotels we’ve stayed in the city. Fast forward to our second stay, guess what happened again. We get back from our event, need food, it’s 9:32pm. We’re told the restaurant closed at 9:30. I walked over to get a Coke and a bag of chips to just kill that and go to bed. Cokes sold out. I just gave up and went to bed. So frustrated, likely won’t stay at this location again. But for anyone else who wonders… they won’t serve food after 930, no matter what they tell you or what’s in writing.

Perfectly situated and very comfortable

Liked:Very clean, spacious and comfortable and very well situated if you want to walk to the aquarium and other attractions. There are also many good restaurants in a walking distance. The bar of the hotel serves very decent food and breakfast is abundant. The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. The problem is parking with the hotel only offering valet parking and it's expensive.
