Good not great

Liked:It’s a beautiful set up with a gorgeous court yard in the middle. The dining room is set up with comfortable living chairs to invite community. The rooms have beautiful decor. The bed was also very comfortable.

Disliked:Our first room the deluxe oasis suite was gorgeous but smelled like sewage. My partner is a plumber and suspected that the sinks traps weren’t sealing water as they were improperly installed, so sewage gas was leaking back in to our room. We called the front desk and they immediately offered to change our room but the secondary room was significantly smaller. We called back asking for a comparable room to our suite as it was 2000 dollars total. They gave us a room on the fourth floor which was very spacious but the windows were much smaller and it the bathroom was significantly smaller. We were also not offered a refund or a lower rate for a lower rate room.
