Incompetent management

Liked:Susanne LoPilato 1/5 just now on Google My husband accidentally left his keys in our room. The person who found them offered to ship them within 3 days. I called 9 days later to find she had LIED and tossed them in the lost and found!!! The keys were undocumented and no mention of this attached to my Gold membership account. On day 9 I was told the keys didn’t exist, and after at least 6 calls the worthless management did as little as possible to assist me to recover our keys. We definitely feel insulted by the lack of competence of the management team I dealt with over the phone. I was charged $117 to have my keys returned. Hilton did NOT take any responsibility for their lies, deception and unreliability

Great place to call home for the week!

Liked:I attended a convention in Atlanta and booked a block of rooms with Desiree in group booking with this hotel and she knocked it out of the park! Normally booking for a group is such a pain but not when working with Desiree. She was always communicating with me on any changes that needed to be made and was such a pleasure. What made it better was when I checked in Nakawe was at the front desk to greet me with such a smile. Every morning she asked how our stay was going and if she could help with anything. David the valet was excellent also!

THE DON'T HONOR YOUR HILTON HONOR STATUS

Liked:There's only one person at the front desk who actually has great customer service skills, and I think his name is AJ everyone else is rude and unprofessional. The breakfast is decent, and the rooms are clean well even though my room didn't have a TV remote so I couldn't enjoy the television. Also, this property does not honor your status as a Hilton Honors Member. I'm Gold and I requested a late checkout after checking in later in the evening and they wouldn't honor my status even though there was availability to honor it.
