Very very disappointing

Liked:The staff was friendly

Disliked:It was absolutely terrible. The mold made us sick and we couldn’t even stay there the second night that we paid for. I don’t know how this is acceptable for a Hampton Inn.

Liked:The check out front desk lady was very nice and helpful.

Disliked:We checked in in the evening. The property was very rundown, dirty carpets and the staff were very unfriendly and not at all welcoming. When we arrived the front desk staff was busy making coffee for 10 to 15 minutes while we’re standing at the Front Desk. We were not the only ones waiting all this time either.

Liked:The hotel was nice, good location. The breakfast was ready at 7am so that's a plus, only downfall is that they only offered regular sugar, that's not good for people who use sugar substitute like myself.

Disliked:The guide on the tv remote did not work so I didn't know what was showing on the tv unless I put the tv on 2 and watch the guide scroll up so I could see what was tv. The heat/air unit fan blowed the whole time and it was turned off did not get any sleep for real because of it. Was not told when I checked in that you had to request housekeeping before 12 noon. So there was dirty towels and face rags and running over trash because I had 2 4 year olds. But any hoo it was a nice stay.
