Had great time and would definitely stay here again!

Liked:Excellent loation for our stay as well as other sites. Breakfast fantastic! Pool was great when it was open. Unfortunately, it was closed on our last day but they did offer for us to use the sister hotel pool. Communication was excellent!

Disliked:Ruth Chris restaurant was just ok. The steak was excellent but the sides were not up to par. Service was very slow especially with children.

The Magic shows make it worth it, loved the staff and really loved the rooms

Liked:The hotel goes out of their way to ensure you have a nice stay which is so important these days Spend more time promoting your magician. He’s awesome and deserves more advertising from you all at the desk

Disliked:I hate food substitutes. So while I appreciate they do an amazing breakfast I wish it was real food not “eggs” - or turkey sausage and bacon subsidies. I want real eggs, real bacon and real food. I can stand the substitutes that cheapen food. We didn’t like that part but do appreciate they made an effort to serve something hot. Even the omelets are made with fake eggs and fake butter, would rather have real food and pay for it than have food companies substitutes for commercial hotels
