Service1.0

Host described as reactive and helpful but some practical service frictions (e.g., luggage access, limited check-in details) slightly reduced the score.

Kitchen and apartment equipment frequently highlighted (coffee, tea, spices, well-equipped kitchen); basic extras present but limited (e.g., very few coffee capsules).

Value for Money1.0

Generally described as fair/price correct and cheaper transit options compared with alternatives, but added taxi costs and missing breakfast lowered perceived value for some guests.

Liked:Clean, spacious and well equipped.

Disliked:Automatic messages about check-in instructions and check-in hours created unnecessary confusion. Location is inconvenient if using public transportation. Connection to Orly-airport or Paris requires a lot of walking on both ends.

Great value for money, would stay again

Liked:It had all the facilities you need (washing machine, oven, coffee maker…) You are 15m away from the airport by bus Very easy to get there

Disliked:I know it’s not their fault but planes will wake you up at 6:30 am 🤣 The big shower head needs de-scaling The cushions on the bed were not very suitable, would have been better pillows as we have a sore neck now. But for a couple of nights it was fine
