Ideal location for a short visit - we had 4 nights.

Liked:The view from our hotel room was outstanding. The staff on reception were the best we have encountered anywhere. Could not do enough to help us navigate the city, book tours and they made us feel very welcome.

Disliked:Towels in the bathroom where so old you could see through them. No proper milk left for making a cup of tea or coffee - only creamer. The quilt on the bed was too small. Breakfast was very strange, ordered off a colour menu but did not receive everything without asking again. Staff were not overly friendly. For a 4 star hotel we expected better food choices and a buffet would have been much more preferable.
