Lovelz getaway in the quiet part of Mallorca

Liked:Beautiful hotel in the quiet place of the island with a pool. The gym was also very nice and clean. The bed was super comfy. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive.

Disliked:The AC kept on turning on and we woke up several times in the night from the cold. Also, the room had a weird sewage smell if we were gone for too long and there is a total lack of privacy at the toilet. The breakfast was okay but nothing much. There was a bit of mold in the shower (even on the shower head itself), which I would not expect at a 4 star hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Liked:We loved the hotel's overall architecture and design, which felt very thoughtfully curated. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of healthy and diverse options. One small suggestion would be to consider keeping the kitchen door closed during breakfast service. We felt that the noise from the kitchen slightly disturbed the otherwise peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the courtyard.

Disliked:There is an additional fee for the spa facilities, such as the sauna. This was not a major issue for us since we visited during the summer, but in our opinion, access to the spa should be included in the room rate when staying at a hotel of this category and price. As a suggestion, you could consider offering the spa by prior reservation, for example one hour per guest. This would help justify the room rate while also allowing the hotel to manage energy consumption efficiently. We believe this could be a great compromise that benefits both guests and the hotel.
