Liked:Location was close to where we were going

Disliked:The staff they were rude especially the lady doing the breakfast on Sunday morning. We were told we needed to leave because she needed the tables, but nobody was waiting. Part of her party had gotten there early part of them were a little later so they were there like an hour and 20 minutes and two different times we were asked to leave while some of our people were still eating breakfast.

Good experience at the hotel. The shuttle not taking us to the hotel was the bad experience.

Liked:IT WAS VERY GOOD

Disliked:When I made the reservation, your ad said there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel free of charge. When we arrived, I called the hotel and was told that the shuttle was noy operating at that time. Other persons going to another, nearby hotel, had the shuttle service. I ended paying around $30 on Uber.
