Liked:The property was beautiful, away from the busy city. It was especially peaceful because there were no kids and alcohol on the property. For the most part, the service was good and everyone was kind and welcoming especially the receptionists.

Disliked:When we checked out, the security pulled us to the side and accused us of stealing towels from the room in front of the entire reception area. Our bags were searched even though we consistently explained that we left everything in the room. It was extremely embarrassing as the entire reception was staring at us as though we were thieves. In the end, they realized it was their mistake and no apology was offered.

Magical stay!

Liked:The place is gorgeous, clean and cozy. The beds are extremely comfortable, we even asked about the mattress type. We highly recommend the sea view room. The view is breathtaking! We went snorkeling in the Red Sea and it was absolutely beautiful. Monira and Ibrahim were the sweetest. They made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Disliked:I just wish the pool had some shade.
