Personnel attitude to be improved

Liked:The night shift person was welcoming and helpful. He checked us in with professionalism and was very friendly

Disliked:Walls and floors are paper thin. Don't expect to not hear your neighbours. The private garage can't be reserved and there is no guarantee you will have a space to the contrary of what they advertise. I didn't like being told off for jumping into the pool. Fair enough, it is written that you can't jump on tiny pieces of paper around the pool. But when scolded by personnel, they said we made mess (put water everywhere) and they'd have to clean.... I don't mind being scolded if I am told I can't jump because I could break my neck leading to liabilities but because they don't want to clean?!... Also we were told but not the other 10 people in the pool, to wear swimming caps. Are our hair dirtier than the others?! Personnel's attitude was unacceptable.

Liked:Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel was clean and conveniently located.

Disliked:Room air conditioner wasn’t ineffective which made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable

great location for passing through on your travels

Liked:the hotel was very pleasant and well located for travelling with secure parking just off the main highway. the rooms were clean and tidy and we had an excellent view of the surrounding mountains. only a short walk from the fabulous town centre which was a real surprise for us. good value for money

Disliked:room was a little hot but im sure it was just our lack of knowledge on how to use the Air Con unit on the wall
