Very disappointed in room and felt cheated.

Liked:The personal were great.

Disliked:The room condition was very poor. It did not have hot water. It did not have a phone. The desk drawers were nailed shut. The desk top lamp shades were torn and dirty. The television had to be retuned when it had been turned off, twice. I just gave up trying to watch TV. The room # is 209. Price paid not justified.
