Liked:Vast open space, the food was absolutely amazing so much variety and very tasty. So much to do at the resort , amazing entertainment in the evening with great acrobatic performers. The staff were exceptional catering to our every needs and were so polite and made us feel very welcome. The pools were big and never felt crowded. The rooms were spacious and comfy and the mini bar well equipped which was replenished daily. Drinks and food was available around the clock, the iced coffee was amazing so delicious. Our family throughly enjoyed our stay here, would definitely recommend this resort.

Liked:Overall we have stayed 20 great days. Entertainments, activities, kids club, water slides, restaurants - food are great. Specially they have very tasty Sachertorte:) Stuffs are helpful, whenever we need something, it is done immediately.

Disliked:There is frequently a strong, unpleasant smell of burning trash late at night—typically between 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 3:00 AM – 5:00 AM. Given that this is a clean, natural forest area, it is concerning and unclear who is burning garbage or why. During the Thursday night parties at the beach club, an individual (a man in his 20s, who appeared to be an owner or operator acting like a "Hollywood mobster") intentionally blew Shisha smoke directly into a guest's face at the entrance. I was there with my 5-year-old son and politely asked him to stop, but he deliberately blew smoke directly into my face as well. Ahead of these weekly parties, workers are seen repairing the shade tents on the beach club roof. They are working approximately 15 meters off the ground without any safety harnesses or fall protection.
