Appaling, shambolic and unsafe.

Disliked:Everything from the builders working at 9am each morning, the builders drilling into the walls of my bedroom whilst I was still in bed leaving a one inch gap between the wall and the door. To the night porter putting door furnishing on with his hammer and drill till 2300 hours. The shower door falling off. The WiFi being totally unstable, the fire exit door being taken off leaving the hotel unsafe. The fire escape being blocked by tables and chairs. The lifts being comendeared by the builders leaving us to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs.
