Liked:The hotel has a good location, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. The facilities are well maintained, and we enjoyed many aspects of our stay. The food was good, and overall the hotel has the potential to provide a pleasant experience.

Disliked:Unfortunately, our stay was significantly affected by a hotel-wide air conditioning failure on the night of 11 July 2026. We stayed in Room 803, and the room became unbearably hot throughout the entire night. Neither my baby nor I were able to sleep. I reported the issue to the reception, who confirmed it was a hotel-wide problem that could not be resolved that night. The following morning, I requested a refund for that affected night only and was instructed to submit the request through Booking.com. While technical issues can happen, what disappointed me most was the hotel’s handling of my complaint afterward, as they later claimed that no complaint had been made during my stay despite my discussions with the reception.

Liked:Breakfast and dinner were outstanding, with a wide selection of delicious and fresh dishes. The hotel staff, as well as the aquapark staff, were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the beach and close to the main attractions. The aquapark is a great addition, especially for families with children. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and pleasant.

Disliked:Unfortunately, the beach is no longer as well maintained as it used to be. I was disappointed to see that it has lost some of its former charm and pleasant atmosphere. In the past, the beach offered the same pleasant atmosphere as the pool area, but unfortunately that is no longer the case.
