If staff and management was professionals, given the facilities it would be a great hotel.

Liked:Great facilities, brand new

Disliked:The staff was rude and the management was nowhere to be seen. They gave us another room type than the one we booked (switched to the correct one later during our stay). When the took us to our room, it was filthy dirty not cleaned from the previous guests.

could be much better if there were two regular room as we ordered.

Liked:Clean,quite,good pool,parking.

Disliked:it was unfair because we came two coupels and one couple good the normal room as it needs to be due to the reservation and the other got a very small room looks like shelter that twice small to the regular room, cant understand how we paid the same price on it. The reception tried to figure out, but she couldnt do anything because according to her the hotel was full, but it didn't make our felling better, due to the small room. They dont even gave us a discount about it.

Liked:Nice location Friendly staff Aesthetic property I love the architecture and design

Disliked:There are some items missing in the room like sleepers, tissue and I think coffee and tea facilities should be offered free pf charge in this kind of properties when you pay that price.

Liked:The room was very spacious with its own balcony.

Disliked:The parking is an issue if you have a big car. Also the A/C was placed right across the bed and it was impossible to sleep.
