Good location

Liked:The location was really good and there is a 24/7 reception which allowed us to check in at 3AM

Disliked:There was a construction going on the whole floor above our room started at 8AM which woke up us after just 4 hours of sleep so needed to change the room. I didn’t liked that the SPA was additional charge and that some of the staff didn’t speak English.

Great location but between checking in and carrying the luggage- it was bit of a nightmare.

Liked:Location is great, rooms are big.

Disliked:Checking in took 45 min wait, there is only very narrow staircase from car park (4 flights of stairs), it’s really difficult to carry luggage. Room supposed to have air conditioning but it was not working, room was very hot. We asked reception to address the issue - we were ignored.

Liked:All the staff was very nice and polite. We forgot something at the hotel and they made sure they looked everywhere until they found it. The location is great as well, in the city center, and the room was very big.

Fabulous. Outstanding.

Liked:A fabulous hotel at the top of the main shopping area. Plenty of quality shops bars and Restaurants. The staff (Juan especially) were top notch. Warm, friendly and so helpful in every respect. The restaurant was great offering a good choice on the menu. The pool and spa area was outstanding. Small additional cost. Valet parking was excellent at an additional cost of €20 per day. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Andorra.

Disliked:Could not fault anything about this hotel.
