Exceptional

Highlights

+Excellent location close to old town with great views
+Beautiful grounds and pools (outdoor pool highly praised)
+Friendly, helpful staff
+Large, comfortable rooms with terraces

Could Improve

–Perceived overpriced for the level of maintenance
–Maintenance/cleanliness issues on arrival (bath, furniture, elevator buttons)
–Breakfast/service inconsistencies (egg service not offered)
–Noise from children/dog and unexpected charges (paid parking)

Cleanliness8.3

Mixed: several guests reported unclean elements on arrival (dirty bath, general maintenance issues) despite many comments about clean rooms; lowered to reflect reported cleanliness and maintenance problems.

Service9.9

Very positive: numerous mentions of friendly, helpful and adorable staff and good reception; a small number of service hiccups (dinner booking, late-night noise handling) but overall strongly praised.

Location9.8

Excellent: repeatedly described as wonderful, private/exclusive, ideal and very close to the old town with great views — consistently high sentiment.

Room Quality8.8

Generally good: rooms described as large, comfortable beds and terraces with views, but furniture needing refreshing and some maintenance/updating issues noted.

Amenities9.7

Strong: pools, gym and grounds repeatedly praised (outdoor pool, park, superb pool); some problems reported (indoor pool leak, spa noise due to children) but overall amenities are a highlight.

Value for Money7.8

Below expectations: several guests felt the hotel is overpriced given maintenance and other issues; unexpected charges (parking) also negatively impacted perceived value.

Food and Beverage8.8

Positive but mixed: breakfast often described as very good and staff kind, yet recurring notes about breakfast service (egg availability not offered) and some complaints about restaurant capacity/quality.

Overall Experience9.7

Very positive overall: many guests highly recommend the hotel and plan to return, praising the setting, pools and staff despite isolated negatives (noise, maintenance, pricing).

Perfection on earth… from the minute we arrived.

Liked:The beauty of the area and hotel upon arrival was made even more perfect by the incredible welcome at the ecquiste front desk by Tiago and Nuno. Every single detail from check-in , valet parking, our spacious and well thought out room with a lovely amenities, a bed and linens we still think of, the location, the grounds that felt like a park, the food, breakfast buffet and service..Perfection in every way.

Disliked:My only complaint was we had to leave!

Good hotel near the center of Andorra la Vella

Liked:Very friendly staff, 2 pools, 2 padel courts, good breakfast.

Disliked:It’s a bit outdated, restaurant Pergola is good but expensive for what they offer. Waiters are friendly but look stressed.
