Disliked:Not a lot of selection for food and ordered food a few times and got different items than what was ordered. It also takes a very very long time.

Disliked:Small one but the shower and drainage kept blocking in the bathroom. This was compounded by the fact the shower didn't have a door. We had water running throughout the bathroom and had to use towels to try manage the water on the floor. This limited our time that we could use the shower. We notified reception but the problem wasn't resolved beyond additional towels provided.

Nice outdoor area, extremely poor bedrooms. Do not recommend.

Liked:The pool and restaurant areas are great. It is a big property that allows you to walk around and hike which is really nice given how secluded it is.

Disliked:We had several issues during our stay which were never addressed or acknowledged at check out. Namely: 1. The door to our room was extremely old and was not functioning properly which meant it would sometimes open by itself. 2. The door to our room’s bathroom did not close at all 3. On the second day of our stay the hotel experienced a complete power outage. This meant that we had no power and no water in the entire property. While this is not the hotel’s fault, the staff failed to advise us about this, failed to keep us posted about the solution and did not offer to help us manage during this time. We were without power and without being able to use the toilet or shower for over 8 hours (from 8 am to 4 pm) and I feel like the staff did not even try to make it better for the guests. We ended up leaving the hotel because of this. Overall, there is a lot of construction within the property, and I do not feel like the hotel is very well managed. While the facilities are really good, the rooms are extremely poor and uncomfortable with only the tiniest window and, in our case, with broken lights. Just very poorly kept overall. The staff are helpful but not very nice in nature and keep giving guests conflicting information/hotel rules. I would not recommend this hotel, especially given the high price point. You can get a much better experience in nearby hotels for the same price point. We will not be staying here again.
